Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of My Prospect Pal (the "Service"), provided by Jodie Anne Tyrrell, trading as My Prospect Pal ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. The Service

My Prospect Pal is a personal CRM that helps you track prospects, conversations, and follow-ups. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or spam-related activity;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
  • upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or breach security of the Service, or scrape or bulk-extract data;
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. prospect notes, conversations). You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond the limited licence set out above.

7. Payment, billing, and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For details on payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refunds, see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
