How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at contact@myprospectpal.com and we will help you.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; existing access continues until the end of your current billing period.
